PERSONAL PROPERTY:  All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  SOFT CLOSE: Closing of lots will begin on Thursday December 4th @ 6:00 P.M. EST with 13 second intervals between each lot. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to winning bids to determine final sales prices. EST on December 6th will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s) unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Company.
