CONSIGNMENT AUCTION!!!  Bring your farm/construction equipment, implements and vehicles of all types to our spring consignment auction held at The Central Kentucky Ag/Expo Center in Liberty Kentucky.  There will NOT be a "No Sale" fee for this auction.  Looking to buy some equipment for your farm or business?  Come see us on auction day where there will be something for everyone.

DIRECTIONS:  Ag/Expo Center is located about half a mile south of  Liberty on US 127.  Signs are posted.

Terms and Conditions

Items to be paid for day of sale with cash, check or credit/debit card.  If paying by card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total bill.  All sales are final.  Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed, written or implied.  There will be a 8% seller's commission as well as an 8% buyer's premium on all items however commission and/or buyer's premium shall not exceed $500 per item.  Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all items that apply.  If you have a tax resale number or are farm exempt you can fill out the appropriate forms to waive the sales tax.  All sellers must complete a registration form which will include the minimum bid acceptable to the seller.  Larger items such as vehicles, tractors, construction equipment, etc. will sell at 10:00 A.M. EDT with smaller items selling immediatley after.  There will NOT be a "No Sale' fee for this auction.
